Seiðr Sprehhan: The Sayings of Seiðr
Yngona Desmond is a Völva and Seiðu, a spiritual traveler and sacred pilgrim, visiting and honoring sacred sites across continental Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia. She has spent extensive time in Germany and Spain, Ireland, Wales and Italy, and is newly returned from a seven-week visit with Sámi shamans in Finland.
Her focus is to reclaim Seiðr as European Shamanism, to enliven regional Ley-lines and realign ancient stones, to assist local Guardians with energy clean up, and reconnect in a non-invasive manner with primal and ancestral energies. At all times, she lives intimately in the flow of those deep and mystical currents that course across our planet.
Unwaveringly, she lives in many realms simultaneously. Having never been Christian, her worldview is unique in that she brings a deeply rooted connectedness and profound sense of understanding to the seemingly impenetrable depths of Heathen mysticism and Seiðr philosophy.
